VDI screen resolution

At times our VDI resolution will change resulting in failed bot runs.  We noticed that the VDI screen resolution settings indicate, “THE DISPLAY SETTINGS CANT BE CHANGED FROM REMOTE SESSION"  How would I change those settings?  from APPSERVER??

The screen resolution between the Bot Runner and Bot Creator device should be consistent as when resolution-dependent packages are used to build bots, any screen resolution difference between the Bot Creator and Bot Runner device will impact the bots during runtime.

Best practices recommend using the same VDI configuration in BotCreators and BotRunners.
