This bot work properly but when it come to loop it skip the loop and move forward

Both sub bot haves the  same problem

Please include the message box the loop action.- based on the above screen, you have already added. 

Please check the assigned loop variable has the values, let’ say, your case list variable for 1st and SQL table for 2nd screen shots.

Add the new loop action and verify the values which are stored or not.

Have you performed the action which I suggested to see whether you are getting the Data after reading from DB or not?
