Update Query not working properly

Hi , Im using Update query in excel as Database Command . The query runs for some iterations and then fails. The same query works in other sheet. Here im trying to match items from both vlookups. There are two sheets where im applying query in workbook. The update query:

Hi mandarB,

 

As you mentioned it is failing in one sheet and running for some iterations. Please check exactly in which row it is failing by using counter and confirm that whether it is failing always in the same iteration or different. If it is same iteration, then check that row data.
