Unknown Admin User. Can someone help me? Adm desconhecido

Olá, pessoal. me Chamo Thais, sou do Brasil.

Estou iniciando uma nova jornada no Automation Anywhere, porém, há um usuário adm desconhecido, não consigo realizar alterações no Control Room.

 

Hey guys. My name is Thais, I'm from Brazil.

 

I'm starting a new journey in Automation Anywhere, however, there is an unknown adm user, I can't make changes to the Control Room.

 

Alguém consegue me ajudar?

Can anyone help me?

    If you are an Admin, can you update the email id of this account and change the password? If not connect with your CR Admin to perform the activity.

     

    If you are suspicious on this account, I'd recommend opening a support ticket with AA using below link
