Hello,

Whenever I try to run a bot in a bot runner device I encounter an error message like this with certain bots:

/***************************************************************/

C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\Bot Agent>AADiagnosticUtility.exe -checkDownloadError https://rpaprodcontrolroom.xxx.com//p>

--------Last Download Error was recorded at 2022-11-02T15:45:20.269153600--------

Unable to download the bot or the dependencies to the device

1.Unexpected error downloading and saving file https://rpaprodcontrolroom.xxx.com/v1/repository/0/861/download?version=latest/a>because of Unexpected response code 404 downloading the file https://rpaprodcontrolroom.xxx.com/v1/repository/0/861/download?version=latest/p>

This may be due to multiple reasons. To continue, please

1. Make sure that there are no errors with the dependencies

2. Make sure there is enough disk space on the device for the bot and all of the dependencies

3. Make sure proxy configuration is setup to allow this download URL from this device.

Then, try to run the bot again.

If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.

This may be due to multiple reasons. To continue, please

 1. Check to see if you are connected to your VPN

 2. Check to see if your firewall is not blocking the connection

 3. Check to see if you have network connectivity

/***************************************************************/

It only happens with certain bots (not all bots). Has anyone experienced this? I'm using a HA on-prem Control Room (Automation 360 build 11513).

Thanks!
