"undergoing some deployment"

Hi,

             

I was doing some automation in Automation Anywhere. when I was about to run the process, it threw me an error " another deployment in progress”. I see some tasks in progress but unable to stop/delete them. I re-installed bot agent and now I am un-able to re-connect or add/delete existing device. Can someone please help me with this as soon as possible.
