I am getting an exception Message when i run the BOT even the device is connected

Hi @Daniyal,There may be a few reasons for this issue. To try to resolve it, you can reinstall the Bot Agent. If the issue persists, please upload the node_manager logs for further analysis. Log file locations:The Bot Agent log files are available at C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\BotRunner\Logs on your device. The following files are available at this location:Bot_LauncherCaptures information about the execution of a bot such as the operations performed, events triggered, and errors encountered by the bot.Node_ManagerCaptures information about when a bot is run from the Control Room and communication details between a Bot Runner and the Control Room.
