Unable to RUN bot without live RDP instance

Since the beginning, I've been encountering the following issues with Automation Anywhere under Workspace (AWS):

  1. The bot fails to run smoothly in the cloud. It only operates when the RDP instance is opened on a specific laptop (the same one I use for bot development using the RDP instance).
  2. If I open the same RDP instance on any other laptop, it doesn't run properly.
