I tried restarting the services and laptop, reconnecting the bot agent and etc. but still facing this problem repeatedly.


 

Hey @durgalakshmi.perumal can you please share the screenshot of Open action. Also please let me know whether the excel is present in a restricted folder not.


It helps us to troubleshoot if you tell us which package you’re using and the screen shot of the action’s properties. The answer and solution vary with the three different Excel packages.
