We are trying to access the IQbot dashboard for our on-prem A360 enterprise, but from past few days we are unable to load the webpage for it. While loading it would only say bad gateway. We are not sure if it's a bug or something else.

 

Kindly help resolve this issue.

Please follow the below steps to restart iqbot services via batch file.

 

Run the stop services file at C:\Program Files (x86)\Automation Anywhere IQ Bot 6.X Beta \Configurations. 5. 2) Run the start services file at the same location.

 

Please let me know if the issue is remains

running the stopandunistantall and after that runandinstall did the work for me.

@Sushil Singh​  : Please check the below in the iqbot server

 

  1. http://localhost:8100/healcheck( All results should give OK )
  2. check if all the iqbot services are running
  3. Please run the restart.bat file in iqbot installation folder i.e for eg: C:\Program Files (x86)\Automation Anywhere IQ Bot \Configurations\ restart.bat
