Unable to fetch values for range ''Excel advanced package"

Hello,

 

I'm using excel advanced packaged and I got this error ' Unable to fetch values for range ''[Batch 118.xlsx]Sheet4'!A1:L8'.'

 

I tried to use different version of excel advanced packages and I still face this problem, if anyone could help me to fix this issue.

    Hi @Lujain Mohammad​ ,

     

    If you were using the Excel Advanced: Get Multiple Cells Action, then you can only pass in the Cell Addresses from a given sheet i.e, from the Active Sheet.

    If you want to retrieve items from another sheet, you either have to switch to the required sheet using Excel Advanced: Switch to Sheet, or you have to use a VLOOKUP formula.

    Its better if you try the former.

    If this is different from what you were using, please include some screenshots and a snapshot of the error message so that we will be in a better position to assist you.
