I have plenty of disc space available. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the bot agent service and removing my device and re-adding it. No luck. I'm using the Community Edition. Can anyone help please?

​Thank you so much Maulesh and Dorian for the meeting. We were able to get my bot running, Dorians will need a lil more work.

However, my issue was resolved and it was the actual Domain\User where my issues was. In the CMD I entered whoami and I was just using my first.last name not the kls/first.last. This resolved my issue. Again thank you a million!! Domain_User

I was able to build the bot with CE version of A2019 without much issue.

 

Today i can be able to assist you build the bot using Universal Recorder using CE version.

Unfortunately I have the same problem.

 

The contest is the following:

  • use of AA community edition on my personal PC
  • conneted with Italian Internet provider Windtre
  • reinstalled the device on the community doing the following step:
    • deleted my device
    • uninstalled the bot agent
    • reboot the PC
    • downloaded and installed the new bot agent and new device created
    • run the bot
    • error detected

 

I hope there is a solution because I have no idea how to go on.

Hi all,

I have noticed that this error occur in one of the following cases:

  1. when you copy&past an action from a bot to another
  2. when you copy&past an action inside the same bot
  3. when you copy or move a bot from a folder to another one

 

there is anybody that noticed the same thing?

Sorry for the confusion for the CE version you cant find the URL Option for it.

 

Also this issue normally comes in On-prem version in A2019 when you install into local system.

 

Did you try to register your device as well after installing new Bot Agent or not.

will you please help me as for me AA360 community edition is showing this error.

I have started my masted certification exam it is ongoing but tool is showing different issues from past few days like until 31st my all bots were running perfectly fine but on 1st jan it showed me that tool is not supporting excel commands then next day it showed me that tool is also not responding to API request and now when I update I am getting this error as this all services are essential for completion of master exam certification tasks and I have very less time remaining if there any solution please let me know.
