Unable to Disconnect Device from Control Room..Or re-install Device.?

Is anyone aware of this issue? Seems to be a miscommunication between device status and control room device connection, The CR is asking for a Device, but there is a connected device. The issue is that the system will not allow removing the device due to a bot deployed, however, no bot has been deployed.

 

Any ideas, thoughts on why this may occur, or workarounds to bypass this issue and continue to re-install the bot agent? 😖

Same is happening with my community edition control room. Supposedly maintenance was completed yesterday and today, but I still cannot get things working.
