Unable to create more than one group in IQBOT learning instance in A360 version, all the uploaded documents are moving to Unclassified Group but the same documents can able to classify in V11 Enterprise edition Kindly need AA Team support to resolv

Hi Team,

I have created a new Learning instance in IQBOT A360 and the documents are scanned PDF's when i am adding extra documents to the Existing Learning instance it should create a new group but all files(Scanned PDF's) moving to Unclassified Group it is not creating new Group to train

Note : The same PDF's are classified in V11 Enterprise edition

Kindly Need your help to check this issue as the earliest possible
