Trying to copy data from an outlook message

Hello,

I am trying to scrap a five digit code from an outlook email message to copy and paste into a website for verification within a bot I am developing.  The format is:

XXXXXX - Username - If you did not initiate, please visit https://website

I just need the “XXXXXX” from the outlook email message. I tried doing the capture area command, but that doesn’t seem to be working that well. 

Any suggestions or thoughts on how I could to this?
