We are getting following error intermittently / randomly on many Windows 10 workstations. The error comes when connecting and opening google sheets during bot run. The bot runs well in the beginning and works with google sheets and then this issue comes for the same google sheet with which it worked fine.

    Hi Ranjan ,

     

    The error you have mentioned "PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target" ideally comes up if Intermediate SSL certificate does not get imported in Java Key store and it creates an SSL handshake issue.

     

    Please follow the solution 2 mentioned in the following KB article to import the certificates and let us know the outcome:
