I am curious what people are using for Task Capture. Personally, I think the platform did a real disservice to customers by removing Discovery Bot in favor of only FIQ. The paid product is great for larger customers, don’t get me wrong. But with many new customers, especially in the SMB space, it is not something they look to purchase (or should even look at) right away. Rather than the Process Discovery, they are really looking for Task Capture capabilities.
Currently I find myself having to resort to going through a painfully laborious capture process using something like Windows Steps Recorder or a couple open source products I’ve found on Github. Just curious if anyone else is using anything different, and if so how it works for you. It may not be another app; just a process you use for capturing that initial manual task.
