We use Automation Anywhere A360.
We are trying to set up a workload management solution using Device Pool, Bots, Queue and Control Panel APIs. We looked at some of the sample videos. Based on workload, we need to add more VMs having bots configured. We understand Device pool support this to a certain extend.
(1)In our case, the payload being sent to each bot is JSON data. It differs depending on the type of orders being passed. How do we configure the queue in this case ?
Is there any URLs that you can recommend ?
(2)Do enterprise customers always use Device Pool itself or there are other options that we should look at ?
