Stuck in "Ready to run" status when running bot with queue

Hello, I’m using A360 v27 (on-prem) and whenever I run bot with queue the workitem status is permanently “Ready to run”, without ever starting to run. Why is this?? I am starting to suspect that the product is not working as it should….

@Andoni can you check if that user/bot id have access for the queue ?
