per the shared SPO Package documentation, created Appreg and Appinv from the SPO Team site.

able to authenticate, but not create a folder, getting below error.

Could you please confirm what the issue is also is it required to do App registration from the Azure end for folder creation, if yes, what will be the permission requirement and redirect URL to use?
