We are facing slowness in the Control Room, and we wonder if it might be because a problem of the platform Automation, since everything is in order from our side.

Hi @rabrinkmannb,

Are you using Cloud or the On-prem Control Room? Where are you experiencing the slowness. When the Bot runs or the overall platform?

We are using cloud control room, and the slowness is on the overall platform

Since you are having the cloud environment, you can check if there is any maintenance activity scheduled from Automation Anywhere end from here. If everything seems ok there then, problem will be at your network side.
