Using the ServiceNow Delete Attachment action, SysID is required. My dilemma is that I do not know the SysID. How do I gain the SysID from ServiceNow based on attachment name so that I can automate the deletion of the file?

Thanks. But, I can get the sysid manually as described above but within Automation Anywhere, I want to delete an attachment by file name. I don’t have access to the SysID from within Automation Anywhere.

So, how do I get the SysID of the attachments to feed into the ServiceNow Delete Attachment action. The only param available in the action is SysID.

Thanks,

Jeff
