Send Email - unable to send Header and footer images and one table together in an email to outside mail id's

Send Email - unable to send Header and footer images and one table in an email to outside mail id's.

However, it is visible in my company’s mail id. But here requirement is to send it to outside customers. 

First image is visible but second is not visible in outside mail id. But when I exclude the table, the second image is visible.
