What could be the problem here? it was working perfectly fine.
Now it gives an error, and the characters the bot types seem in red colour.

Check the Control ID think it could have changed.
Could you try recording the interaction and verify whether the id is same as what is in the script you are running?
You can record it from Settings > Recording and Playback
Also check if the credentials have changed or not.

Thank you for replying. As I looked in the task more detailed, i see that i cant connect to Production environment with the username and password. So i guess it may be changed

Thank you for replying. I figured out that I can connect to QA environment, but not the Production environment by given username and password. I guess credentials may be changed.

Yeah, I emailed to customer, and wait for them to inform me about it
