Running bot with Queue

Hi

I create a Queue and populate.

When I start the bot (connected with the queue), the items are not picked up.

I'm running the bot from private folder.

Any advice?

Have you added the role to the Consumer section in queues?

Also, are you running the Bot with Queue?

Not 100% sure what you mean by that. I assume that the below screenshot will answer your question. I have been assigned to the role of Custom Bot Runner.imageThe screenshot you posted shows running the bot from the public folder.

To be honest, I have an issue with both folders. One I described above, and my problem in the public folder is:

If you are able to run it in the Public Folder, then could you double check whether you have added the Work Item Template to the bot?

The workitems will be picked for the WLM automations from Public run using Run with queue' option only.
