runner getting disconnected frequently and when I trigger bot from control room it is not getting triggered

Hi Team,

 

Could you please help me as I am able able to connect to bot runner but frequently it is getting disconnected. also when I triggered bot from control room it is not getting triggered to runner machine.

It could be a problem with your network connection, or it could be a problem with the Automation Anywhere software itself. It's best to contact the Automation Anywhere support team for help with troubleshooting this issue. They should be able to provide you with more specific advice based on the details of your situation.

Can you check whether the Bot Runner is connected to the CR, via Devices section?

Usually is a issue in the network or permissions in specific folders. Please check the following KBs and verify if can solve the issue.
