Could you try adjusting the delays or use recorder to record the dropdown steps and execute task ( might helps because while recording element and delays are automatically assigned to action)

@szhuri can you check screen resolution and scaling to 100%... btw are you trying regular or RDP deployment mode.

If you are having the expected Screen resolution, I would suggest using following method as workaround. This helped me when I had this exact issue.

Use Desktop Capture action just before and after this particular Mouse click action. 

If it is still not working, inspect this captured Screenshots and share us the outcome.
