Replace content of two worksheets from different workbooks

Hello,

I’m trying to replace the content of two worksheets from different workbooks. But i would like to replace only the content , not the whole worksheets, because the name of the worksheet which should be replaced is already formatted and is on the specific index in the workbook.

I would like to ask for your suggestions.
