Hello, thank you for reading, the error is the following, every time I try to refresh the button to update dropdown menus options the error happens. Also happens when I try to update the mailbox options in email connect action “Bot Launcher for user session albxxxx crashed.Last recorded command at line number 0.If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.” Error popupI tried everything is told in other topics: Reinstalled bot agent Deleted bot agent, folders configuration in system32 and reisntalled again Tried different web browser, to log in the control room or trying to use the recorder with them Restart the Laptop Uninstall any extension I may have in browserI am running out of ideas and need help please.

Refresh options like select browser windows o mail box throw errors

Hello, thank you for reading, the error is the following, every time I try to refresh the button to update dropdown menus options the error happens.

Also happens when I try to update the mailbox options in email connect action

“Bot Launcher for user session albxxxx crashed.Last recorded command at line number 0.

If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.”

I tried everything is told in other topics:

Reinstalled bot agent
Deleted bot agent, folders configuration in system32 and reisntalled again
Tried different web browser, to log in the control room or trying to use the recorder with them
Restart the Laptop
Uninstall any extension I may have in browser

I am running out of ideas and need help please.
