I ad already raise a ticket but still waiting for the response.
@shivam_jagga uninstall and install browser plugin again.

Try the follow:
-Stop Automation Anywhere Bot Agent
-Delete content of folder C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\GlobalCache
-Start Automation Anywhere Bot Agent.
