I am experiencing difficulties with some recorders in the Mozila Firefox browser, at times during recording the message “Your Firefox plug-in is not installed or disabled. For troubleshooting help, visit the Automation Anywhere documentation and search for 'Firefox plug-in'” but I have already accessed the link below and both Firefox and the recorder package are in versions higher than the one with the known problem.

Does anyone know how I can solve it? I've already tried to install the plugin as stated in the AA documentation, but without success either!
