Problem with capture

Hi everybody

 

I have faced with error when I capture from the website “Recorder has expereinced an internal error.

Please stop recording and try again”

 

Does anybody could say how can I solve this problem?

Hi @Farxad ,

 

Have you tried this with any other Browser other than Chrome? If not, please try once and let me know the result.

 

Otherwise, please remove the Automation 360 extension from Chrome and add it again and re-run the Bot.

Yes I have tried in microsoft edge but also didn’t work

I also removed the extension and rerun the bot but still didn’t work

I have also removed bot agent and intalled again but still the same

Have you tried to change the Recorder package version?

Hi I have solved the problem.I had to just install Bot Agent from Administrator privilege.
