Not getting train option for learning instance

By saying Train, if you meant Create Model option, then it will not be available by default for you. You may reach out to your PEM in order to get the license for that. Refer here for more details.

In DA, Document training is part of the Document validation itself.

while validating the documents, you can train as well (by dragging the rectangle).
