Hi,

I am trying to import the AA360 CR exported file into my another AA360 CR, It is showing the successfully pop-up but there is no such Bot which I am trying to import in my CR.

Can Anyone help me out with this.

But If I am exporting & importing the same file into same control room It is successfully showing into the CR.

Is it because of both the CRs are different ?

Hello @Shiv 9740 Are both the CR are with the same build version?

If the controlroom versions are not same, probably it will not import.

You may try having that bot packages in the version which controlroom you are trying to import also have.
