Not able to connect to Gmail account through A360

I have tried connecting to Gmail using imap but it says credential error. I have checked the credentials and they are correct. I am not able to understand why the error is showing up. 
Hostname: imap.gmail.com
Port number: 993

    Hi @adityaxreddy ,

     

    From 30 May 2022, Gmail has stopped to allow less secure apps and its related setting.
    So, Alternate Solution for this is -

    1. Turn On two step verification.
    2. Generate the app Password and use that password in IMAP Activity

    Second is Enable IMAP
