since 11/20,my team's BR robot always occur this situation that (edge/google)program is stopped or No response from webpage.
Why this error comes? how to deal with it Or how should I investigate it ?

Is it related to the upgrade of version A360?

Which A360 environment you are having? Also, have you tried clearing the Browser cache and cookies?

 


It is several machines that have recently experienced this problem consecutively, rather than one machine repeating it. I want to find the cause and fix it

No. By saying Environment, I meant whether it is Community Edition or Enterprise Edition (Cloud or On-Prem)

Yes. If it is Cloud, then the Backend is fully managing by AA team. But for On-Prem, it will be by your Organization.
