Newly added bot runner machines are not being reflected while scheduling the bot.

Admin can able to view those but runners but not the other users,

Can you please suggest which role/privilegesas/runas-user to be modified. 

Hello @Sush 2711  You will need following permissons to schedule a bot and to view the Bot Runners. You may perform it using the CR admin or create a custom role and asisgn to the user who need to schedule the bots.

  • Schedule my bots to run
  • Schedule permission at folder level for specific bots and their dependencies
  • Access to run-as users (Bot Runners) that you can add to the schedule
