i have a customer who is using the AA On premise license, 

As some reason they reduce some license , then from the configurations it shows the problem like attached picture, 

What should they do to remove the redudent license,

Thank you very much, Tamil ​@Tamil Arasu10 . I knew the operation on cloud license and I have done those steps.  

I have successfully installed the license and it refreshed the control room. 

 

My question is :  after the new license actived,  there is the warning message as I have reduced the qty of bot runner,  

  1. what action should be done to eliminate the message, 
  2. how to guarantee now there are 3 runner users, but only 2 active bot runner license,  do I need to delete the 3rd runner?

thank you very much for you prompt response, 

I have done the steps and i make the license file updated well, 

But my real question is that:

  1. the screen shot is happened that after i installed the new license and how to eliminate this warning message, 
  2. let say i have 3 bot runner users but now 2 active bot runner license  and i have to speak to that assignment is correct now 1 bot runner user is spare,  do i need to delete this bot runner or it’s okay to leave it no change.
