Microsoft Outlook 365 - Save attachments displays the following error 50% of the time.

“Field 'folderPath' must not be null”

The “Save attachments to folder” is a variable, which is a valid location. Line just before does a log to file command and displays the correct location. When it does work the attachments are same correctly.

I am using the same emails for each test.

Anyone seen this behavior before???

Hi @JasonD106468 ,

You have mentioned that this error is coming 50% of the time of execution. Does this mean that, your code is working remaining of the time with the same folder path?

yes, but the inconsistency of the code working is what is troubling

Have you tried changing the Package version? Also, kindly try to test the same with Email package as well instead of MS 365.

There is only 1 Microsoft outlook365 version we can utilize after months of discussion with AA support, Email package will not work withoutlook365 cloud, I have been working with AA support for months. Microsoft outlook365 package is what we have to use.
