LDAPS Implementation

We need to implement LDAPS for security hardening our Control Room servers.

I have followed this guide to set LDAPS as the schema - https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/enterprise-v11.3/page/enterprise/topics/control-room/getting-started/configure-ldap-schema.html

 

But it doesn’t seem to have an effect, I still only see LDAP requests when checking the communication requests with Wireshark. Its only ever using port 389, I can't see port 636 (LDAPS) used at all.

Do you have any further guidance based around this you could provide?
