it's not capturing proper elements in website

Please check the Zoom Level for the Webpage. It should be 100%. "Screen resolution 1366*768 "

I am accessing Automation Anywhere through Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) where in I made "Screen resolution 1366*768" and zoom level Webpage 100% and I am capturing some elements from webpage but still it's not capturing proper elements!

Please help me in this?

Are you working on two or more monitors?

Or are you using windows half screen snap?

In that case, AI sense recorder is your only option.

No, I am using my windows full screen. In my machine remotely I am accessing Automation Anywhere through RDP but its not able to capture proper elements

Also, if still same issue persist, please validate below points on machine from where you are taking RDP. Mostly, while taking RDP, it takes display setting configuration from parent machine from where we are taking RDP.

• Validate scaling level is set to 100%
