    Hi @Basavraj Chougule ,

Please check the Zoom Level for the Webpage. It should be 100%. "Screen resolution 1366*768 "

I am accessing Automation Anywhere through Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) where in I made "Screen resolution 1366*768" and zoom level Webpage 100% and I am capturing some elements from webpage but still it's not capturing proper elements!

    Please help me in this?

Are you working on two or more monitors?

Or are you using windows half screen snap?

In that case, AI sense recorder is your only option.

    Oh sorry for my misunderstanding.

Would you like to capture elements on RDP where bot agents ins installed and run on your main PC?

    Hi,

I am having the same issue. Bot is capturing the wrong element every time. I set the correct screen resolution and zoon level.
