Issue with Mail Configuration

Hello Team,

We are trouble with configure mail (Outlook). The command is unable to identify the outlook account.

So, we required assistant from Automation Anywhere.

Are you running on the same machine where the Outlook is configured with the User profile?

@Shrikant.J you mean email account is not showing in the drop down list for connect command ?

If yes, remove and re-configure the email account…. then you will get list of email accounts in drop down to select.
