Issue with Credentials

I cannot add Credentials under Device and thus cannot move forward with Running Bot or creating Bots. It shows error:

"Not Found

If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator."

Kindly try below steps that may help in resolving the issue:

1. Please find the below docs URL of Bot agent compatibility and check the machine whether prerequisites are met.

2.Restart the bot agent service.

3.Check your device name with results obtained by below command.

  1. Open a command prompt
  2. Enter "whoami".

4.If all good, still you are facing the issue please re-register the Bot agent.
