Issue while extracting details from email- From & To email addresses

Hi everyone, I need one help in email reading. While reading the email using outlook actions to get from email and to email , I am getting AD details instead of actual from and to email. And these emails coming from extrernal client to my Bot account. Could you please suggest me what changes that I need to do for this issue.

Note: When i am reading from my own mail I am not getting this kind of issue.
