Issue when running the BOT

When I run the Bot, I get this issue.

Could you please try with re-install the bot agent ( After the Uninstall the current bot agent, please clear the logs and Temp folder then install the bot agent )

Hi @Ashraf.A2 ,

  1. Uninstall Bot Agent
  2. Delete below AA Folder  C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere
  3. Download and install Bot Agent again
  4. Complete the Device registration instructions shown on the screen
  5. Try running the bot again

@Ashraf.A2  restart your vdi will help, seems some java resource got locked
