Question

Is it a best practice to have a staging Control Room environment to test software upgrades on, or to only have a production Control Room server?

    Hi @Brook Nale ,

Its always better to to have separate Control Rooms for Dev, UAT and Production.

I tested SSO integration on Dev and UAT and faced several issues that I had to sort through before confidentially performing the same on Prod.

Your production server should NEVER go down, so to answer your question, yes its best to have a staging CR.

    Kind Regards,
