IQ Bot failing with error "The input file type pcx is not supported"

Hi everyone,

I have configured an AARI process to extract PDF documents and on one of them I meet the error :

EXTRACT_FAILED - [Native] : 415 : UNSUPPORTED_INPUT_TYPE : The input file type pcx is not supported

However I can confirm it is a PDF file and not a PCX (I do not know what that means). Has anyone already faced this error ? I find nothing on Google. How could I solve that ?

I think I found the root cause of the error : the PDF seems to be a non-standard one.

I can open it with Firefox or Chrome viewer, but not with SumatraPDF or LibreOffice Draw.

Hi Tamil, only one PDF fails, all the others are extracted correctly.

I would like to show it, but it is a bill, I am not allowed to share it.
