Hi @ronit.bhardwaj,

I am not sure if I fully understand your question.

I will tell you how our organization chooses to handle internet browsers in our automation program:

  1. All of our automations use the same internet browser. This allows our automations to be consistent across the organization and reduces code differences and troubleshooting time.
  2. We have chosen Chrome as our browser. We chose chrome because it is supported by Automation Anywhere and most of our developers are familiar with it.

If you are using the “Browser” action in the bot editor, the official supported browsers are Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. If you choose to open “Default browser”, the official Automation Anywhere documentation warns that you may encounter an error.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Logan P.
