Based on the description, we have suggested a bot logic below that can help achieve the use case. We hope this provides more clarity and information to get you going!
- Try using the System Variables package to assign the current date and time to a user-defined variable when the bot runs. This will ensure that the time when the bots is run is captured into a user-defined variable

- Once the above steps are performed, please use the user-defined variable to write to the Excel file
