In IQ bot when we create instance and when we upload invoices then it says it is unclassified and also in action tab there is no edit option then what should i do. please help me out

In IQ bot when we create instance and when we upload invoices then it says it is unclassified and also in action tab there is no edit option then what should i do. please help me out

Hi @Aditya Deomore​ ,

 

If IQ Bot does not find the minimum number of fields, the document is marked as unclassified. For example: If you create a new learning instance with 1 to 4 fields selected, IQ Bot checks for at least 4 fields from the total number of fields presented for that specific learning instance.

 

 

Can you please try the same invoices with Custom/other Domain in IQ BOT "Should classify now"

1) Please validate the OCR, if its Abby then please make sure the OCRPlugin folder is available in the Installation path of IQBot. You can get into the Installation Setup of IQBot

2) Please make sure the minimum 6-7 fields should be present in the LI that is available in the documents
